His family home, a villa overlooking the historic side of Monterosso, is now a guesthouse run by his nephew Lorenzo.

The apartment is located at the top of 130 steps and at one of the highest points in Monterosso, but is still only a 5-7 minute walk from the beach and the famous Cinque Terre hiking trails. Its height compared to the other buildings grants it incredible views of the ocean, the city and the mountains.
The setting is a wonderful place for tourists due to its proximity to the city and the beach, while being away from the crowds.
